Client- NHS England - Business Support Officer Pay rate- £13.82phWorking hours- Monday - Friday (9-5) Hybrid workingThere is a requirement to work at least 1 day per week in the officeOffice location- Quarry house, Leeds (LS2)Contract- Until March 2023, likely to be extended As the Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day transactions associated with your aligned team and Director/Deputy Director which includes but is not limited to; Provide high quality administration support to the assigned programme team which includes booking travel and accommodation.Provide full diary & inbox management support to assigned Director and Deputy Directors including actioning emails on behalf of the Director/Deputy Director, preparing power point presentations where necessary, scheduling meetings, including obtaining availability from key customers and stakeholders.Provide secretariat support for meetings which includes drafting agendas, minute taking and action tracking.Raising requisitions on Oracle, liaising with teams to track delivery, receipt for payment and manage general finance queries.Support Business Manager with the recruitment process for the programme team. This includes scheduling interviews & supporting with general queries throughout the recruitment process.Skills and Experience required: Previous experience in a PA/business support role or equivalent experience of working in a large, complex organisation.Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to construct clear, grammatically correct emails, letters and reports at a high standard of presentation.Highly developed organisational skills with exception attention to detail.Ability to adapt to change to change and to develop services and systems to meet changing needs.Excellent time management skills with the ability to re-prioritise. Skills for communication on complex information and administrative matters, requiring developed interpersonal and oral/ written communication skills.Ability to pull together comprehensive draft reports, data and letters. Negotiating, networking and persuasive skills.Ability to work without supervision and work on own initiative, organising and prioritising own and others workloads to changing and often tight deadlines.If this sounds like the role for you, Apply now!
